How Much is Your Face Worth?

Welcome or welcome back to my happy, little blog where I use makeup to conquer a complicated chronic neuro condition. My beautiful blogger friend Shannel Lee from A Little Over Thirty tagged me for the "How Much is Your Face Worth?" tag. I am really really enjoying this tag. I have been reading everyone else's and I am thoroughly enjoying participating as well! So without further ado, let's find out if I have a cheap face.

I love the Pond's Luminous Finish BB+ Cream. I began wearing it daily when I got it and I haven't stopped wearing it. The Revlon Colorstay Aqua Mineral Makeup provides a little extra coverage since I am not wearing any foundation. I am being faithful to my MAC Prep and Prime as I am trying to finish what is left of it. I am really enjoying the L'Oreal True Match Crayon Concealer; it's a perfect match and blends easily.

MAC Prep + Prime Skin $30.00
Pond's Luminous Finish BB+ Cream in Light $10.99
Revlon Colorstay Aqua Mineral Makeup in Light Medium $13.99
L'Oreal True Match Crayon Concealer $8.95

The NYC Bronzing Powder is a cult classic for a reason. It's completely matte and it blends easily. I love the ELF Cream Blush it applies so effortlessly with the ELF Small Stippling brush and it blends very easily. I love layer this cream blush under another blush and today it the Milani Powder Blush which is too cute. It's a matte blush with make with an impression of a rose. Finally I love to add a touch of highlight to my face with the Wet N Wild Fergie highlight which is a beautiful light pink shimmery wonder.

NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny $2.99
ELF Cream Blush in Vixen 6.00
Milani Powder Blush in Romantic Rose $6.49
Wet N Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection in Rose Champagne Glow $5.99

I love the ELF eyelid primer I have gone through several of these and will continue to purchase it. For only a buck this stuff really works. Today I am wearing the Revlon Colorstay quad in Siren which is nice mix of plummy taupe and gray. I always prime my lashes with Sephora Perfecting Lash Primer and the mascara of the day is the Physician's Formula Organic Wear for my top lashes. I always wear a tubing mascara on my bottom lashes and L'Oreal Beauty Tubes is perfect. My brows are simple with Milani Brow Fix Kit and topped with a light coat of Maybelline Great Lash.

ELF Eyelid Primer $1.00
Revlon Colorstay 16 Hr Eye Shadow in Siren $7.99
Sephora Perfecting Lash Primer $11.00
Physician's Formula Organic Wear $9.99
L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara in Black $10.99
Milani Brow Fix Brow Kit in Light $5.99
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in Clear $5.99
Revlon Colorstay Creme Gel Liner (not pictured) $9.99

On my lips I am wearing ELF Lip Liner and Blending Brush in Red even though it's not really red. I love the formula of the Milani Color Statement Lipstick and the ELF Minty Lip Gloss is always a favorite.

ELF Studio Lip Liner and Blending Brush in Red $3.00
Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Plumrose $5.99
ELF Minty Lip Gloss in an unknown color $3.00

So today my face is worth.....................................................$160.33

I suspected that's where the number would fall. However, I will admit that I love my coupons. If I had to guess a figure that I truly paid for the makeup above it would be closer to $98.50 with the MAC being the only item for which I truly paid full price. The MAC Prep and Prime is the one high end product that I am really trying to use up so I knew it would drive the price up.

I would like to tag the following beauties:
Saffron Lallem from Saffy Style
Elizabeth Breygel from The Beauty Inside
Chelsea Henderson from The Makeup Junkie
Tania Gammon from Make Up Maggie
Louise Oats from Kinder Health and Beauty
and anyone else who would like to join us for this super fun tag!
